Shipping & Christmas
All of my Christmas prints will ship by December 7th. To guarantee your prints arrive before Christmas (within the US), make your order by November 30th. If you happen to order later than this, no worries, they most likely will arrive on time! (I just won't be able to guarantee it.)
Please allow 10-15 business days for shipping after processing, and up to 5 weeks to receive gold leaf orders. Non gold leafed orders will arrive within 3 weeks. I ship world wide! International orders may take longer (5-6 weeks) depending on transit times to your country. On international shipments, buyers are responsible for any customs/duties/tariff/import taxes that may apply on shipments. Please contact me immediately at email@example.com If you need your order by a specific date, I will do my best to accommodate you. Prints are printed, gold leafed and packaged by little ole me so please be patient. Before placing your order, please be sure to read all the shipping policies. Thank you so much for your support!

Posters and large prints are rolled in protective safety sleeves and shipped in sturdy mailing long tubes. This method is the best and safest method for mailing large prints. To re-flatten your print, simply lay a heavy flat object on it. All other smaller prints and artwork is packaged in paper/plastic mailing sleeves and shipped flat in rigid mailers.
Where is My Order?
In the unusual case that you think your order has been lost in transit, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will verify whether your order has shipped, and check the tracking status.
**In most cases that I've had, a delivery was attempted, and your package is waiting for you at your local post office. Make sure to leave a note on your door if you want it left on your doorstep, or it most likely will be returned to your local post office.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund. Depending on the nature of your return, I may request that you send a photo of the damage or send the item back (in which case your return shipping cost will be reimbursed).
