Posters and large prints are rolled in paper and shipped in sturdy mailing long tubes.
This method is the best for mailing large prints. To re-flatten your print, simply lay a heavy flat object on it. All other artwork is packaged in paper/plastic mailing sleeves and shipped flat in rigid mailers.
Where is My Order?
In the unusual case that you think your order has been lost in transit, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will verify whether your order has shipped, and check the tracking status.
**In most cases that I've had, a delivery was attempted, and your package is waiting for you at your local post office. Make sure to leave a note on your door if you want it left on your doorstep, or it most likely will be returned to your local post office.
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund. Depending on the nature of your return, I may request that you send a photo of the damage or send the item back (in which case your return shipping cost will be reimbursed).
